It’s hard to explain our love for smoothies. We love them all- the high-calorie smoothies, the keto smoothies, the plant-based smoothies and everything in between. And since we’ve pretty tried all combinations of smoothies out there, we thought we might as well pull together a list of delicious smoothies that we love and share them with you so you can get your fill as well.
One thing to note would be that you’re drinking smoothies for weight-loss we highly recommend paying attention to the type of fruit in your smoothie because some fruits (looking at you banana and mango) are really high in sugar, and as such the calories can add up really quickly, so just because something is plant-based or vegan, doesn’t mean that it’s low in calories. In fact, some of the higher calorie smoothies are plant-based but have a ton of fruit in them.
